At JorJor Decor, we want you to love your artwork. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
To begin a return, please email us at info@jorjordecor.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Returned items must be:
- In their original, unused condition
- Carefully packaged to prevent damage during return shipping
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges
We are happy to accommodate exchanges within 30 days of your purchase.
To request an exchange, please email info@jorjordecor.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange.
Once your original print has been returned in its original condition, you may place your replacement order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We’ll work quickly to replace your order or provide another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
