Prints usually ship 3-5 days after an order is placed.

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

What carrier do you use?
All order ship via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Do you charge for shipping?
No. All orders shipped via USPS First Class mail ship for free.
How will the print be packaged?
Most order ship rolled in a durable tube. Some small prints (8x10s) ship flat in a rigged mailer?
Will my order have a tracking number?
Yes, you will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. In the checkout process you will have the option to upgrade to USPS Priority mail.

Do the prints come framed?
No. The prints are unframed.
What type of finish do the prints have?
The prints have a smooth enriched matte finish with no shine.
How long will the print last?
100+ years if properly cared for.
How should I care for the print?
Store or display the print indoors and away from moisture. If possible keep out of direct sunlight and behind glass.
What type of paper/ink is used?
The are printed using archival inks on premium matte paper.
